Shipping Details

• Delivery Charges areFree
• Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during peak shopping seasons or in case of high demand.
• We confirm each order via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative if you are a new customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes, what you receive isn’t exactly what you expected, and we are committed to resolving such issues for you. Please find our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return Period:

• We offer a 15-day return policy from the day your order is received.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened.
• Any items that are not resellable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Customers must return the merchandise via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

2. Faulty Products:

• If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance.
• Faulty products can be returned within a 15-day period provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

3. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the return form.
• Once we receive your details, a replacement will be created.
• A courier rider will collect the current product from you & deliver the new one.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• The refund will be issued via bank transfer payment method.
• Refund times are subject to bank processing delays, which are beyond our control.
• Delivery Charges are non-refundable
• In rare cases, we refund the product cost based on the tracking information of the return without waiting for the product.
• If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or bank for processing times. If the issue persists, reach out to us at customercare.pakpicks@gmail.com.

5. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.
• PakPicks is not liable for any items lost during return transit.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:

• If the return or exchange is due to a customer's change of mind or a mistaken order, delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Even if a product states "free delivery", it means the delivery cost is incorporated into the price.
• Returns or exchanges due to customer change of mind or mistaken orders will not include a refund for delivery charges.
• Only faulty products or packing mistakes on our part are eligible for a full refund including delivery costs.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form provided below.
2. Ensure that all required details are accurately entered to help us process your request smoothly.
3. After form submission, our customer support team will review the information and contact you to confirm the next steps.
4. Keep the product ready for return or exchange in its original condition.
5. Once your request is confirmed, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
